- Enter your personalization details in the Design Instructions field when placing your order.
- Provide your names, wedding date, wording, colors, and design preferences.
- Send us your complete guest list with table assignments.
- Upload any inspiration images you would like us to follow, or email your files and order number to contact@baloedesigns.com.
- Place your order.
- We’ll take it from there!
Your guest list should clearly show each table number or table name followed by the guests assigned to that table. Please include your event date and when you need your sign in your Design Instructions.
Design Process
After ordering, one of our designers will create your seating chart especially for you.

Size Recommendation
For wedding seating charts, we recommend the 24" × 36" size. This gives you plenty of space for guest names and table assignments while keeping everything clear and easy to read.

Have a larger guest list or lots of tables? We recommend purchasing two 24" × 36" foam boards and splitting your seating chart across both signs. This gives your guests more space to easily find their names without making the text too small.
