  At BaloeDesigns we want to supply our customers with the best quality products, therefore, if you want to add your own file:
  It is recommended that you provide us with great quality files, that are either the size of 1 MB or greater. We will not be held responsible or accountable for any of our products that come out pixelated or blurry due to low-quality images provided by our customers. No refunds or replacements will be issued regarding above statement

Once you have placed your order and provided us with your design request, you will receive your first proof within 1-2 business days. Please note, if you don’t provide us wit all the custom details for your order, we can not start the design process and this will delay your order.

Your product will be shipped within 2 business days from the date you approve your proof. Our standard ground shipping takes 1-6 business days depending on your zip code. Need your item sooner? We also offer express shipping, which we recommend if you need your item within 14 days of purchase. You will have the option to upgrade the shipping method at checkout.
