Sizes and finishing
Choose from the exact sizes shown above, listed as width × height. Finishes: pocket top + bottom, pole pocket top, grommets or hem only. Pole pockets slide over compatible stand poles; grommets are metal eyelets for suitable ties or hooks. Check your space and stand before ordering.
Shipping-related size note: the 8 × 8 ft option may be printed at approximately 7.4 × 8 ft, and the 10 × 8 ft option at approximately 10 × 7.4 ft. Orientation may vary. If exact finished dimensions are essential, contact us before ordering.
Personalization
Add the name, age, date, wording and design preferences in the design instructions. Refer to a gallery image or upload your own inspiration and high-resolution photos. Your first proof typically arrives within 1–2 business days after complete details are received. Review names, spelling, photos and layout carefully: printing begins only after approval. Proofs are provided after purchase.
Production and shipping
Production starts after artwork approval, and tracking is provided after shipment. Shipping time is additional to design and production time. Ships within the United States. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific event date so we can check timing.

Matte vinyl can show a slight sheen under direct light. Screen colors and minor finishing details may vary. Packaging depends on size; larger backdrops may arrive folded with fold lines.
