Retractable Banner + Vinyl Table Runner

Choose your display

• Runner only: choose a runner size and “No retractable banner”. The lowest advertised price is for a runner only.
• Runner + banner: choose your runner size and “1 Banner + Stand” or “2 Banners + Stands”.
• Banner only: choose “No runner” and your banner quantity.

Your selected options determine the price and what you receive. The photos show example setups. Table and full tablecloth are not included.

Vinyl table runner

• Smooth, heavyweight 13 oz matte vinyl with a flexible, wipe-clean surface.
• This runner is vinyl, not fabric or polyester.
• Straight-cut, unhemmed edges with no stitching or grommets.
• Water-resistant; wipe with a soft damp cloth.
• Sits across your tabletop and hangs over the front. Table and full tablecloth are not included.

Available sizes (width × length): 24 × 72 IN, 24 × 80 IN, 24 × 90 IN; 30 × 72 IN, 30 × 80 IN, 30 × 90 IN; 36 × 72 IN, 36 × 80 IN, 36 × 90 IN. The 72-inch length is our most popular. Measure your table and desired front drop before choosing.

Retractable banners

• Each printed display measures 33 IN wide × 81 IN tall.
• Includes your printed banner, silver retractable stand, support pole and carrying bag.
• Pull up for display; retract into the base for compact storage.
• Select one or two banners. Two banners can have matching artwork or different coordinated layouts.
• Not weatherproof. Keep dry and use indoors or in a sheltered, dry location. Not suitable for very windy conditions.

What is included?

Only the products and quantities selected in the options are included. Choose “No runner” or “No retractable banner” for a piece you do not need. At least one product must be selected. The complete display pictured is an example. Canopy tent, table, fitted tablecloth, rear backdrop, decorations and hanging accessories are not included.

Free custom design

Work with a personal designer to create your business display. Share your business name, brand colors, website, social details, wording, logo and any product photos. Finished artwork is not required—tell us your vision and we will create a coordinated layout.

How to order

1. Select your runner size and retractable banner quantity.
2. Add your business details, design requests and event date in the Design Instructions field.
3. Upload high-resolution logos, photos or artwork using the upload field. Additional files can be emailed to contact@baloedesigns.com with your order number.
4. Complete checkout and wait for your digital proof.

Design and proof process

Your first digital proof is typically sent within 1–2 business days. Unlimited revisions are included before approval. Printing begins only after you approve the final design. Check spelling, contact details, QR codes and layout carefully. Custom proofs are provided after purchase.

Production and shipping

Production typically takes 1–3 business days after final design approval. Ground shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after production. Tracking is provided when your order ships. We cannot ship to PO boxes. For express shipping options or a close event date, contact us before ordering. Revisions and delayed approval can affect delivery timing.
