Custom Vendor Booth Bundle

Create a coordinated vendor display with your own logo, colors and wording. Build your bundle with a tent top banner, vinyl table runner, and one or two retractable banners—or select only the pieces you need. Custom design and a digital proof are included.

Choose your products

Your order includes only the items selected in the options above. Choose “None” for any piece you do not need. Canopy tent, table, fitted tablecloth, rear backdrop, decorations and attachment accessories are not included.

Tent top banner

• Full-color printing on sturdy, flexible 13 oz matte vinyl.
• Long, shallow format for the front of your canopy tent.
• Straight-cut, unhemmed edges with four metal grommets, one in each corner.
• Indoor and outdoor use; wipe clean as needed.
• Sizes: 8 FT × 1 FT, 9 FT × 1 FT or 10 FT × 1 FT (width × height).
• Measure your canopy before ordering. Tent and attachment accessories are not included.

Vinyl table runner

• Smooth, heavyweight 13 oz matte vinyl—not fabric or polyester.
• Sits across your tabletop and hangs over the front.
• Straight-cut edges, no grommets; water-resistant and easy to wipe clean.
• This is a runner, not a full tablecloth. Table and fitted tablecloth are not included.

Sizes (width × length): 24 × 72 IN, 24 × 80 IN, 24 × 90 IN; 30 × 72 IN, 30 × 80 IN, 30 × 90 IN; 36 × 72 IN, 36 × 80 IN, 36 × 90 IN. The 72-inch length is our most popular. Measure your table and desired front drop before choosing.

Retractable banners

• Each printed display is 33 IN wide × 81 IN tall.
• Includes custom printed banner, silver retractable stand, support pole and carrying bag.
• Pull up for display and retract into the base for compact storage.
• Choose one banner or two coordinated banners. For two, request matching artwork or different coordinated layouts.
• Not weatherproof. Keep dry and use indoors or in a sheltered, dry location. Not suitable for very windy conditions.

How to order

1. Select your table runner size, tent top banner size and retractable banner quantity. Choose “None” for pieces you do not need.
2. Use the Design Instructions field to share your business name, colors, wording, website or social details, design requests and event date.
3. Upload high-resolution logos, photos or artwork using the upload field. Additional files can be emailed to contact@baloedesigns.com with your order number.
4. Complete checkout. We will create your coordinated design and send a digital proof for approval.

Design and proof process

No finished artwork? Tell us the style you have in mind. Your first proof is typically sent within 1–2 business days. Unlimited revisions are included before approval, and printing begins only after you approve the final design. Check spelling, contact details, QR codes and layout carefully. Custom proofs are provided after purchase.

Production and shipping

Production typically takes 1–2 business days after final artwork approval. Ground shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after production. Tracking is provided when your order ships. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Contact us before ordering for express shipping options or a close event date. Revisions and delayed approval can affect delivery timing.
