Photos and personalization

Enter your wording, preferred photo order, layout and event date in Design Instructions. Upload your original high-resolution photos, or email them to contact@baloedesigns.com after purchase with your order number. Tell us which photos to feature and which details must stay visible when cropped. Small or blurry images may look blurry when enlarged.

Unlimited revisions to your selected design are included before approval. A new theme or completely different design requires a separate discussion and may cost extra.

Choose your size and finish

Sizes are listed as width × height. Measure your display space and check your stand before ordering. Contact us for custom-size availability and pricing.

• Pocket top + bottom: sleeves for compatible horizontal stand poles.
• Pole pocket top: a sleeve along the top edge.
• Grommets: metal eyelets for a suitable hanging setup.
• Hem only: no grommets or pole pockets; another hanging method is needed.

Pole pockets are included in the overall dimensions. Stands, poles, clips, ties, balloons and decorations are not included.

Important size and packaging information

For rolled shipping, either pole-pocket finish reduces certain sizes: 8 × 8 ft becomes 7 ft 4 in × 8 ft; 8 × 10 ft or 10 × 8 ft becomes 7 ft 4 in × 10 ft, depending on orientation. Grommet options remain the full selected size. A 10 × 10 ft backdrop may arrive folded and have fold lines, depending on finish.

Proof and delivery

Your first proof is usually ready within 1–2 business days after purchase and receipt of all design details. Proofs are provided after purchase only. Review names, spelling, dates, photos and layout carefully. Printing starts after your approval; changes cannot be made afterward.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after approval. Transit is usually another 1–5 business days. Design revisions, missing information, holidays and carrier conditions can affect timing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Contact us before ordering for a specific deadline. We ship within the United States.

Please note

Vinyl may show a slight sheen under direct light. Edge finishing and grommet color may vary; a particular stitching or hemming method is not guaranteed. Screen and print colors can differ. Glitter, metallic and textured effects are printed graphics, not actual glitter, foil or raised textures.

Some listing images may be AI-generated or AI-enhanced mockups. Your backdrop will feature your approved artwork; display props are not included.
