How long will it take to receive my first proof?
Once you have placed your order and provided us with all needed information, you will receive your first proof within 1-2 business days. Please note, if you don’t provide us wit all the custom details for your order, we can not start the design process.
At BaloeDesigns we want to supply our customers with the best quality products, therefore, if you want to add your own file: It is recommended that you provide us with great quality files, that are either the size of 1 MB or greater. We will not be held responsible or accountable for any of our products that come out pixelated or blurry due to low-quality images provided by our customers. No refunds or replacements will be issued regarding above statement.
Can I make changes to my design after I already approved it?
Because we always strive for a speedy turnaround on all of our products and services, you can not make any changes to your design after you have approved it.
I already have my own design, do you offer just printing services?
Absolutely, if you already have a completed ready-to-go design, we can print it for you. Please provide us with your custom design and we will make it print ready. We always provide a digital proof to show you how the product will look when printed.
Which file formats are accepted?
We accept the following file types: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIF, PSD, AI, EPS, and SVG.
Production & Shipping
When will my product be printed and shipped?
After you have approved your design for printing, we will start the production process. It takes 1-2 business days to print your product and prepare it for shipping. Please note, our printing department is closed during the weekend.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent by FedEx. The delivery time will be determined by the shipping option you select at the time of purchase. If you have selected our (FREE) ground shipping, delivery can take anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on where you live. Please be aware that delivery times with our ground shipping are not guaranteed. So there is no guarantee delivery time but estimation will be provided through FedEx’s tracking number. We also offer express shipping if needed, which we recommend if you need your item within 14 days of purchase.
My package has been delayed
Orders shipping via FedEx Ground may take 1-7 business days in transit depending on your location. Weekends, holidays, and observance days do not count as transit days. Note: We are not liable for late shipments due to FedEx exceptions, such as bad weather conditions.
What is your return policy?
We always strive to provide the best shopping and customer service experience. Before your order is shipped out, we will check to ensure that your print and any other products you purchased through our site are correct and free of manufacturing defaults. However, if there’s an error(s) with your order, please contact us. We will always do our best to correct any error and find a solution.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer care as soon as possible. Once you have approved your proof, you may NOT cancel your order.
What is your policy regarding delayed/lost/stolen/damaged goods?
We are NOT liable for shipment delays caused by weather, traffic, or logistical difficulties, nor are we liable for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you suspect your shipment was lost or stolen, please claim with FedEx.
